Room is clean - slightly dated, but well lit and organized. Staff were friendly and prompt at check in. A good experience. Location wise it's a bit hectic to get to with traffic, but c'est la vie.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Best Western Plus Cambridge Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was convenient. Unfortunately, my experience ended on a disappointing note. On the morning of my checkout, while I was still asleep, a staff member opened my room and entered with another guest. The guest immediately realized it was the wrong room and corrected the staff, who then left. Being woken up by strangers entering my room was shocking and uncomfortable. I recently stayed at the Best Western in Cambridge for two nights. I booked a suite to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. While we enjoyed the occasion, there were several issues with our stay that I feel should be brought to your attention. First, the rooms are in serious need of updating. Upon arrival, the hotel was unable to locate my reservation because another guest had mistakenly been checked into the suite I had reserved. Hotel is ok to stay one night. Nothing special and I guess ok if you find a good deal. Room was clean enough but bed blankets had some stains. Not the best looking hotel overall. The dining area is way to small for a Sunday morning breakfast. Be ready to take your food to your room. Basic breakfast options but not bad.
