Frustrating. Just needed sleep and had to deal with a lot of crap before that could happen. Extremely slippery shower btw, so be careful. Had to stand on a washcloth after slipping once. But from the start, I had to go find the receptionist after waiting for a while at desk to even check in. Finally found her in the closed dining area in the dark to the left. At least sit in view of the doorway so you can see when customers are at the front desk waiting, and so that they can find you please. Room was hot and air conditioner ... read more

Bed was dirty. Stains on sheets and walls. As soon as u sat on bed it was squeaking and uncomfortable. Smell in the halls . Tub faucet was loose and falling off wall . Breakfast potatoes tasted microwaved. And fridge wasnt working and leaking water . After a 4 hour drive it was not what I expected .

Bring your own pillow, pillows are hard and flat like Tx.
