Stayed here while on a scuba diving course over the weekend at Haigh Quarry. LaTanya at the front desk was AMAZING and helped us check in, answered all our questions, and was overall a wonderful person! Lovely, clean room and facilities. While the pool was under repair, they offered us a pass to the YMCA which is great!
I had such a great stay at Best Western Plus Bourbonnais Hotel & Suites! The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating from the moment I arrived. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made me feel right at home. Everyone went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, which made my experience even better. The location was convenient, and the service truly stood out.
