Nice hotel. Booked through Priceline and it stayed on there hot breakfast but was disappointed to find it was only bagels muffins and cereal. Great location to the Mall of America. Parking was confusing. There are signs up all around in the parking lot but they aren't clear if it is for hotel guests or for others. The front desk clerk didn't say anything at check in so we were under the impression it would be charged to the room. We were very disappointed with our stay. The floor in our room was extremely sticky and had crumbs all over it, making it feel like it hadn't been properly cleaned before our arrival. The biggest frustration was that the hot tub was out of service. We specifically called two days before booking to confirm that the hot tub was operational, and we were assured that it was.
