The elevators were out of order, and there was no internal entrance to the stairwell on the first floor at the end where our room was, so we had to use an external door to access the stairs in order to get to the third floor. The TV kept losing service on and off, and the toilet water pressure was so low that you had to hold the handle down every time you flushed, and most times had to flush twice to empty the bowl. This place is absolutely disgusting and a whole joke! The elevators are down and coming from reading other reviews it's clearly been down MONTHS! The receptionist knew i had children, one being only 11 months and we were put all the way up on the 3rd floor. So I had to walk up and down carrying a 25 lbs baby and my luggage. I get into the room and its FILTHY! The bed sheets were dirty, spit all in the trash can from someone chewing, ceiling caving in ABOVE the bed, crumbs on the floor, and the ac did not work. Very dated. The sink wouldn't drain. The toilet gurgle when another room flushed. Room had a funky smell.

If the breakfast gets improved it should be 5 stars. Clean and comfortable rooms
