It was clean and alittle dated and priced higher than we are used to but the bed was very comfortable and the breakfast offered was good
Door to room was open when we went to it. AC unit doesn’t work. Went to get a blanket for sleeper sofa and the guy in front of us was given a key to a room that was not cleaned!! Very shady staff and rooms unclean. Avoid this place. Love Hotel on North but it was booked.
The personnel were friendly but that’s where any positives ended. The room was dark with terrible lighting, unwelcoming, and dated decor, and smelled musty. WiFi was practically unusable - so slow that it was easier to walk outside to connect. The breakfast was literally inedible. Coffee was colored water. Sausage patties and eggs were hard as hockey pucks. Frozen waffles from the supermarket have more flavor than whatever it was I made in the waffle maker. Just what was needed while we were visiting for a recent family reunion. It's no frills but clean and comfortable. Staff could not be nicer. Highly recommend the king suite for families travelling with multiple children. We all fit nicely with space to spread out.
