Went to see J. Cole concert and booked a room with a balcony on the water! Was allowed early check in, breakfast was great!
The hotel is decent. Unfortunately the area is not great.
Booked 3 weeks in advance the balcony room, confirm 24 hours before arrival and again 3 hours before arrival. The clerk on the phone confirm that they see our reservation and we should not worry about it. Upon arrival the young lady at the front desk informed us that our balcony room is not available. She was not welcoming, or friendly. A lot of balcony rooms appeared unoccupied and vacant, that made us believe that she just had some personal prejudice towards us.
