Says Non smoking property. However, that's all you smell in evening with your slider open. And not people from trail. Can see balcony and smokers. Very frustrating. Called GMA regarding something else. He NEVER returned call. Hot tub jets don't work. But rooms are comfortable.
Exceptional Customer service by a gracious young woman. I think her name was Ana something but she was kind and helpful, we asked about restaurants around and she gave us the best recommendations, this trip was truly special with her help, that girl deserves a raise.
I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value. My room was clean, quiet, and spacious, featuring a nice view of the water. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Although I missed the complimentary breakfast because I slept in after a late night out, I would absolutely stay here again to give it a try.
