The customer service we received from Jericho was outstanding! All the staff have been friendly and helpful but Jericho truly went above and beyond to make our stay the best it possibly could be! I gave the room three stars because It was extremely warm in there even though we had the thermostat set as low as we could. Even with that issue I would definitely come back to this location again strictly because of the awesome customer service we received from Jericho!
QUIET AND BEAUTIFUL
We booked two nights at this hotel for my nephew’s wedding. When booking, I noted that we could request a roll-a-way cot for our room, and I booked two queen beds for our family of 5. The hotel has a cool history, and once we found the front entrance, we were excited about our stay. It took a long time to find our room, as it was not marked on the hallway direction signs which was frustrating with three little kids and full arms.
