Great staff, so nice and friendly. Always accommodating and in a great area with plenty of restaurants and shopping.
I have stayed at this Best Western several times over the last few years and felt let down by the overall experience, UNTIL this stay. The improvements were noticeable on every level. My arrival was met with the most cheerful, cooperative desk clerk, Alexandria, who went out of her way to accommodate my reservation with a hotel that was booked.
