My husband and I stayed October 10, 2025, we have a miserable experience. This is nothing compared with the previous stayed in others BW. We stayed for one night. I'm a recent kidney transplant in Augusta. The bed have a iron tube that heat my foot and still suffering from it... the toilet keeps making a flushing sound every often and at night we wasn't able to rest... the windows shape curtains don't close until the bottom and even if you turn off the lights, the room is bright at night... the usb plugs don't work either th... read more
Loved it! Room was great and friendly staff!
You charge for early check in. Nickel and dime patheticness. This last time staying at a Best Western. I've never once been charged for checking in early. Good to know for the future.
