Breakfast lady was rude, kept getting coffee while guests waiting for her, hotel staff ate while they sat 4 or 5 at front desk, one staff had her kids, and they went in back , came out and ate... food should be for guests... staff should eat at home or be feed before, or after guest hours... Breakfast lady followed ppl. Around and looked at what the took... circled around guests tables... didn't care who was going up 3 to 4 times and eating several plates... but worried who took 1 bag to guests with 2 rooms... literally goin... read more

Rooms are decently clean for $100 a night. The pool is always closed due to "Cleaning" The entire place smells like Marajuana. Random construction workers stand outside their vehicles smoking all night long. Some staff is ok. Some are rude. It's the flip of a coin on what you get. And then once you ask to rebook a room they decide to kick you out the next day while your at the hospital to attend your wife's surgery. I’ve stayed at this Best Western location numerous times despite ongoing concerns with maintenance and sanitation. However, after my visit on August 12th-13th 2026, I no longer recommend this hotel. I checked out only 30 minutes after the posted checkout time because the hot water in room 519 was not working properly, which made it take longer to shower and get ready.
