staff not friendly at all... Room ok Really good location Free parking is good
Clean rooms. Nice basic breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. We'll stay there again next time I'm through this area.
Overall just not great. Not much love given to the hotel and it’s all just a bit sad. Three machines in the gym didn’t work. Hairs in the bathroom from previous guests. Quite noisy as well, you can hear the guests upstairs walking around and using the shower. Not sure why it’s “plus”, we had better experiences at the regular best westerns. Positives: Beds were comfy and sheets were clean. Good blackout curtains.
