Lovely team. Quiet could get work done and relax. View of trees. Sorry I missed the pool! Also a restaurant. Impressed by room service. Clean and modern. Not much for vegetarian but what was for dinner room service was delicious
Simple and fair accommodation in Charlestown area. Price was reasonable too and will definitely stay again in the future. The pool area looked nice but I could not enjoy as my stay was quite short.
My wife and i recently stayed here due to a medical emergency ( youngest son was in motorcycle accident ) and had to rush to Newcastle, we tried making bookings with other place's on the way, and kept getting the fobbed off. We rang Best Western Apollo and the staff were just brilliant, we explained the circumstances for our stay and that we would not be checking in until early hour's and they could not be more accommodating and had even given us a room upgrade for our stay, staff each day had asked about our son and showed ... read more
