Lovely, well kept grounds. Large rooms. Comfortable beds. Hot water was enough for four guests, which was great, thank you. Basic Kmart style kettle and toaster but it worked so not an issue. Some areas to work on for price Vs comfort: carpet in room 14 was quite old and stained. Housekeeping during the stay was sheets pulled up but bed not made.Towels were old and tattered.
