Mixed Experience – Some Great Perks, but Several Downsides I recently stayed at this hotel with my family (2 adults, 2 kids) and had a mixed experience. The positives: The room was clean, and the bed sheets smelled fresh. We booked a queen room with a kitchen. While the room was originally stocked with only two of each item (despite our booking for four), the staff were helpful and provided extras upon request. The front desk staff seemed unfriendly and rightly so, I think she had an extremely bad cold. Hope me and my kids don’t catch it while travelling…. I’m also not thrilled that I have to go back out to a parking lot to place a parking tag in my vehicle when getting in late at night after a full day of driving. Seems excessive and unnecessary. Rooms are clean and the breakfast was great.

They put parsley on the eggs. Why?? Not everyone likes parsley it's not necessary. You can hear people walk above your room. And the pool water is freezing, all the adults I talked to can't enter the pool because its too cold so the hot tub is always full. And I see the kids shivering. Other than that good hotel.. service a bit slow .
