The biggest factor you need to consider is that you’re getting what you paid for, and with that mind set, this is a great value hotel. The rooms are dated, our bathroom door hung off its hinges funny, and the light switches near the pool seemed questionable. That said, the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was included. And the mattresses seemed new, plus comfortable. You’re near enough to Saugatuck to enjoy it all without the high prices.
Just wanted to compliment the staff at this hotel! Every single person was so friendly and went out of their way to make sure your needs were taken care of and that you enjoyed your stay.
