To whom it may concern, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent experience at the Best Western in Artesia. When I made my reservation through Booking.com, the listing clearly stated that check-in began at 2:00 PM. Based on that information, I planned my travel accordingly and arrived at the hotel at approximately 2:10 PM expecting my room to be ready.
