DIRTY ROOMS. THEY DO NOT CLEAN DURING YOUR STAY and this is their policy. For the duration of our stay, they did not make beds (much less change the sheets), clean the bathroom, vacuum, dust, clean coffee maker or replace bag for ice bin. I had a reservation for 4 people and was provided 2 towels. I asked for more each day I was there and was told they did not have any. I was provided 2 half size pool towels that were very scratchy. Very crowded when we got there but the wait wasn't long and the service was great! The room was cozy and at a great price. We use Best Western alot for our getaways and this location has that hospitality and cleanliness that i expect when staying at a Best Western location.
