Had an extended stay of 2 weeks staff was extremely friendly and there was absolutely no problems in the hotel. The lobby area and hallways were constantly being cleaned the room was clean neat and organized. Breakfast area was one of the best maintained and stocked that I have seen in a long time in the staff went above and beyond to make sure it was constantly clean. The room was nice with some wear and tear. Surprisingly quiet
The s to staff was great
Definitely no Hampton INN. The lobby was hot, what a greeting for patrons. Tv was new but no one knew how to operate it, not offered info to guests. Breakfast staff was great. There’s lots of room for potential, elbow grease and clean , neat touch ups would help.
The last time we stayed here we vowed to not return, seems they found their way and we tried again, this time it was a total turn around, place was clean, neat and the room was perfect. The desk clerk Latoya was awesome and very friendly, this was a good stay and happy to give it 5-stars.
