Sheets looked used. Room was dusty.
We had to leave our home for remodeling in Altadena for a while. So we chose to go back to Best Western Pasadena they are great hotel . We stay there during the Eaton Canyon fire for a longtime. professional , friendly staff there and the facilities is very well maintained. Close to many places to eat, easy freeway access, business and shops nearby.
The hotel was definitely what I expected it to be, in the sense that Google rates it as a 2 Star hotel, but the general reviews are good. Personally all I focus on review wise is the cleanliness of the room, bed comfort, noise, parking availability, and breakfast. I'm happy to report the room was clean. I entered the room and there was no smell of any kind. The surfaces weren't dusty or dirty. The same goes for the bathroom. There was plenty of towels. The room had a mini fridge but no microwave.
