I had a reservation that we ended up cancelling after the cancellation window was over. The property had just had routine fumigation but I have severe asthma and the manager was understanding and allowed us to cancel. We did not stay there but I thought the customer service was excellent and really appreciated a manager who listened to my concerns. More hotels should have managers who are willing to accommodate their customers and we would be more likely to return to that property for this reason.
They love KISS! Great breakfast! NUMBER ONE with me. It saved me when I got so ill I couldn't leave my room. I got the flu. They have a tiny pool. That will come handy in the summer, but I was there when it was still cold and rainy. The room was so awesome and comfortable and CLEAN. Did I mention that they love KISS?
Lots of good places to eat and shop around. Clean room. I’d stay again!
Great spot, just pray youre not checking in late, because the parking lot fills up fast! Just an excuse to get here faster
