This hotel has gone down in both physical and friendliness. In a 4 night stay we had to get 6 sets of keys. The staff EXCEPT housekeeping ladies were rude and not helpful. The breakfast ran out at 8am and was told maintenance would be in shortly. For breakfast?? Juice machine was broke one morning. Asked for extra towels and was given 2 for a family of 6. The only nice this is the location of the hotel right in the square.

Very convenient location to downtown Warren, Ohio. Lots of things to do and places to eat within walking distance. The hotel staff was kind, considerate, and friendly. Very quiet, so getting uninterrupted sleep was very much appreciated each night during my stay. Personnel at the front desk were always very kind, even offering to help with my luggage during checkout when the carriers were already in use by other guests ~ your kindness was very much appreciated for that, TJ! I'll be back.

What could be so much more. A Best Western in a historic downtown building that was probably a really cool place in previous decades. I travel to the Warren, Ohio, area once every summer for work, and I've stayed at this hotel two consecutive years. I can give a fair assessment of this hotel, and I'm disappointed. I likely won't be returning unless the rates are reduced. The hotel is located in downtown Warren, which like many was probably a nice small city about 40 years ago.
