I am extremely disappointed with the service during my recent stay. I have stayed at and enjoyed this hotel in the past, which makes this experience even more disappointing. Unfortunately, after this visit, I will not be returning and will choose to stay farther away in the future. After our first night, we requested that our room be serviced, but it was not done. This hotel has gone down in both physical and friendliness. In a 4 night stay we had to get 6 sets of keys. The staff EXCEPT housekeeping ladies were rude and not helpful. The breakfast ran out at 8am and was told maintenance would be in shortly. For breakfast?? Juice machine was broke one morning. Asked for extra towels and was given 2 for a family of 6. The only nice this is the location of the hotel right in the square.

Very convenient location to downtown Warren, Ohio. Lots of things to do and places to eat within walking distance. The hotel staff was kind, considerate, and friendly. Very quiet, so getting uninterrupted sleep was very much appreciated each night during my stay. Personnel at the front desk were always very kind, even offering to help with my luggage during checkout when the carriers were already in use by other guests ~ your kindness was very much appreciated for that, TJ! I'll be back.
