The staff here made all the difference—so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. From check-in to breakfast, everyone went out of their way to make me feel at home. On top of that, the beds were super comfy, everything was clean inside and out, and the free breakfast was really good. Honestly, it felt more like staying with friends than at a hotel.
We stayed in room 125, and it did not have a window. It was a large room, a suite, but it very much had a feeling of having been added on or converted in some way from a storage room. The ceiling lights were all LED and they were just poorly placed where even when all the lights were on the room still had very much a dark feel to it. The pool is indoors and wasn't particularly warm. The breakfast was very good and the staff were wet pleasant.
Worst customer service ever! The 1st encounter at check in was terrible. The lady had an attitude from the moment we walked in. DO NOT expect a late check out. They dont honor those at this location due to new owners. However the next morning the manager (Bridget) basically said that was a lie. When in reality she was the one telling lies. Anyway the rooms were ok but the service was HORRIBLE!
