I have stayed at dozens of BW in the US and the BW Palo Duro Canyon is by far the best. My husband and I have had the pleasure of spending the night and every time it is a great experience. Jamanda, the night desk clerk and her manager Calvin have always been gracious and courteous. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the breakfast is always delicious. Love this hotel! I've stayed here many times over the last 4 years when I'm in Canyon, and I wouldn't think of staying at another hotel. The rooms are always clean, and smell so good, the beds are comfy, and the folks at the front desk are so friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend to anyone needing lodging in Canyon. 👍❤️
Front desk was very kind. The lobby and breakfast was also pleasant. Place is up kept really well. Very clean. The rooms are also very clean and nice. Only reason it’s. It full five stars is they haven’t updated to USB plugs and the bed was pretty stiff. Overall I was very pleased. Front desk did provide me with a plug with usb also
On this Thanksgiving Day we thank you for the best hotel stay we've had in a long time! Super clean and comfortable. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Any concerns were addressed right away. There was plenty of room for 4 adults in the double queen rooms. Shower was hot and had excellent water pressure. Breakfast area was clean with a substantial hot breakfast. 15 minutes from Palo Duro Canyon State Park and 1.5 hours from Caprock Canyons State Park. We would definitely stay here on a return visit!
