The 'manager', Bridgette, is without an ounce of customer service skills. No help, no effort to help, no attempt to correct the problem she created.
It’s the second time that it’s either there is no water and we could not take a shower after booking for a suite or there is literally no shower gel or body wash bar to actually be able to leave clean. This is the last try cos I had to call the front desk to complain and they called the police because I complained.. that’s how incompetent the workers are at this point. A little expensive for where it’s located in BFE Texas, but nice little hotel that is a safe stay on a road trip.
Too expensive for the lack of updates.
