Needed a room they had a room I got a room. Friendly service. Bad was the elevator was broken.
Worst place to stay at Big Spring, rude staff member wakes you up at the middle of the night accusing you have a dog when we didn’t had any dog, we didn’t receive any excuse from management, worst night ever coming from my dad’s funeral, best western should have better judgement with their franchises.
