I work nightshift they have their maintenance guys outside every morning at 7 they have woke me up every single day would also like to mention that I'm partially def so it's no easy task
Stay the other night with a friend for work and they had roaches by the kitchen and in the rooms and one even crawled over my head when I was asleep we complained but they said management would be in the next morning and never called and the guy at night doesn’t know what he doing we waited 35 min to check in when we had a reservation
120$ to sleep 10 hours nice 🤦 I wonder if I am transfer my elite diamond status to another hotel company. I hope so
Needed a room they had a room I got a room. Friendly service. Bad was the elevator was broken.
