I gave the rooms a 4 store only because I found a dead roach right when we checked in. But I rather see a dead one that a live one. But overall the rooms were big and spacious (I was in the upper floor) I enjoyed my stay and would recommend my friends and family here. The location is perfect to. The staff is very friendly. The free breakfast was good. I'll be staying there in the future
My stay was on July 10th- July 12th so I was just there. They charged me for theft of their crappy flat pillows!!!!!!! I will never stay here ever again and corporate did nothing when I contacted them. They just submit my complaint to that property. I’ve called twice and the “owner” is never there! I think this is the most ridiculous thing. I’m a honest person and my husband is a veteran. I will continue to complain about this property. I am going to submit my complaint to the BBB AND CFPB.
The pool was so nice! Loved the colored light at night. The room was very comfy! The place was clean, staff was excellent! Perfect location for us, nice drive to Port A shops and restaurants.
