Very honestly, the BW is nicer than it needs to be. Basic hotel breakfast? No, because they crack eggs fresh. Efficient staff? Yes, but they're also friendly. Basic elevator? Nope, take in the murals on the other side of the glass? Basic lobby? Uh, did you meet Simba? Wonderfully memorable for all the right reasons.

Best Western - On The Avenue was such a welcoming stay. The staff were so friendly and warm from the moment we arrived, which made the experience feel personal and comfortable. One of the sweetest highlights was meeting Simba the bird—such a fun and memorable touch! The hotel felt convenient, comfortable, and full of character. Definitely a place that made our stay feel easy and enjoyable.

We stayed at this Best Western on July 5. I was apprehensive after a terrible experience at the Best Western on Pawley's Island, but this place in Buffalo did not disappoint. The room was clean and comfortable. I was traveling with my young adult children, 2 of which have celiac disease. The staff was very accommodating with the food allergies at breakfast, which was very much appreciated! The staff was friendly. Fantastic stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless with a super comfortable bed that made for a great night's sleep. Free breakfast with a high-end coffee machine was a fantastic perk, and free parking made logistics hassle-free. Excellent location as well—an easy walk to local restaurants and Walgreens. Highly recommend!
