I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience with the customer service department over the phone. The representatives displayed a lack of knowledge of current events in the United States, which led me to believe that they may be outsourced from a foreign phone center. This unprofessional and rude behavior is unacceptable. Perfect for a one night stay for a concert at Frontwave Arena. Nicely remodel rooms, clean and comfort. Great breakfast in the morning. Easy access to the freeway. Nice courtyard and pool! Best bargain ever!
Not the cleanest
Incompetent location. Planned power outage was occurring this evening and no tenant was notified. Power is still had to ask for a flashlight yet the “secure doors” are tapped open since they are electrically operated. Can’t speak to anyone at front desk At check in dried contact lenses stuck to my nightstand. Unprofessional and clean
