The rooms aren't luxury but they are clean, well maintained and the beds were comfortable. Monika was very friendly and helpful on reservation and check-in. Will stay again!
Found a roach in the bed, and the General Manager was completely dismissive when I reported it. Unacceptable cleanliness and customer service—I would not stay here again. Cleanliness and customer service are the most basic expectations for a hotel, and both were disappointing here. I would not feel comfortable staying again and cannot recommend this property until they address their pest control and staff training.
It had carpet through out the hotel and smelled very much like mildew. I could not sleep and ended up spraying my perfume on my face to not smell the mildew and try to sleep
Spent one night here. Everything worked fine and room very comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. Good location for restaurants.
