It was a nice day away from normal life and the hot tub helped so much
Don't ignore the reviews about ROACHES! 🪳 We saw one too... and the staff seemed very nonchalant about it. Because we booked through Chase Travel, the staff told us they couldn't do anything. But when I spoke to Chase customer support, they told me that they would need a hotel manager's approval to issue a refund. All we got was some Best Western points for our stay, but I'm never going back there. You shouldn't either. The hotel is also by a highway, so it can get loud at night.
