The staff doing breakfast didn't know what day it was and closed breakfast 30 min early and when told it was supposed to be layer she still wouldn't get it back out. Front desk staff was great.

The rooms aren't luxury but they are clean, well maintained and the beds were comfortable. Monika was very friendly and helpful on reservation and check-in. Will stay again!
Found a roach in the bed, and the General Manager was completely dismissive when I reported it. Unacceptable cleanliness and customer service—I would not stay here again. Cleanliness and customer service are the most basic expectations for a hotel, and both were disappointing here. I would not feel comfortable staying again and cannot recommend this property until they address their pest control and staff training.
