I would not recommend going here, they will not be receiving money from me in any way ever again. In the morning after my stay I had the absolute delight of waking up to someone trying to enter our room. I, being to scared to move or speak, watched as someone proceeded to stick their card and cords and things like that into the door to try and unlock the latch and enter our room. Nasty pool, it looks like their dryer hose releases into the pool water. So much hair and lint in there. The staff however, there are pretty nice, so far. The pool tho, horrible. Literally can see all this crap in it, it's not just one spot either. The whole pool is filled with debris.
Had a girls trip with my kids and it was a great place to stay. Great service, clean room, good breakfast and good price! Definitely going back!
Checked in late, checked out early. Very basic. Excellent customer service. Halie was phenomenal
In-Person reservations take way too long. Not because the employee was dawdling she was very respectful and efficient it's because of how much was required. It would be much more efficient instead of reserving online that I could pay online. Not just for the room but also for the incidental fee. Having everything broken up takes a lot longer.
