Staff are very polite and very friendly. It's always good to be greeted with a smile and a welcoming voice for service.
Hotel is clean and right off of the interstate. Breakfast had hot and cold options and was good. Front desk ladies were helpful and friendly. The room was clean, but you can smell smoke, as this is a smoking hotel. The rooms on the sides of our room were not smoking rooms, but I could still smell the smell of cigarettes and a faint stale smell in the air as well. Beds were firm and not that comfortable.
We stayed here while visiting Natchitoches at the beginning of the month. This was not my first visit and each time I have gone here, I have been satisfied. Ms. Belinda is one of the workers there that I had the pleasure of talking with. She works in the breakfast area and was doing all that she could to make our meal pleasant. My collegues and i agree that we always stay at this hotel when we are in Natchitoches. The staff is so friendly and the kitchen staff is very nice and want to please. It is hard to find a friendly face in this day and time. The beds are great and the cleanliness is great.
Had a pretty good experience at this Best Western. The location is super convenient right off the interstate and check in was a breeze. I was even the “Guest of the Day” with my name on a sign up front. The room had a bit of a musty smell, but was better once the air got going. The suite was really spacious and super clean.
