We stayed here for our family reunion. -Great location -Decent breakfast -The staff was very accommodating, especially Miss Belinda. - The queen bed seemed a bit on the smaller side. Overall pretty decent.
We stay here once a month, or so. It has always been clean and friendly. Of the hotels I frequent, it is the most consistently high quality. I can't recall having a bad experience here.
The room was nice, clean everything worked. Hotel staff was wonderful especially the morning staff and cleaning lady forgive me can’t remember her name but she went above and beyond to make sure I received what I forgot in my room when checking out. Exceptional experience forever grateful and will stay again. The southern hospitality that us southern folks were raised on really showed and it was much appreciated. I know they are in the middle of a remodel but didn’t seem like it when staying there which was great.
Staff are very polite and very friendly. It's always good to be greeted with a smile and a welcoming voice for service.
Hotel is clean and right off of the interstate. Breakfast had hot and cold options and was good. Front desk ladies were helpful and friendly. The room was clean, but you can smell smoke, as this is a smoking hotel. The rooms on the sides of our room were not smoking rooms, but I could still smell the smell of cigarettes and a faint stale smell in the air as well. Beds were firm and not that comfortable.
