I make the reservations for a small construction company for our out of town projects. We make all reservations under the owner's name and use the points to save money on future reservations. This works for Marriott, IHG, Hilton and has always worked for Best Western. After making the reservation, I called the front desk explained we were using points, and authorized them to use the company visa for incidentals. Wir haben hier eine Nacht verbracht auf unserer Rundreise und es war alles vorhanden. Parkplatz, Frühstück und sogar ein Pool. Die Zimmer sind groß, sauber. Das einzige was dringend ausgetauscht werden sollte ist die viel zu laute Klimaanlage. Service super freundlich!

The hotel is NOT 4.3 worthy, it should be 1 the most! The rooms smells awful and the noise that the a/c does didn’t let us sleep the entire night! We went to the front desk to ask for a room replacement and got rejected so the night was horrible. I would NEVER return to this hotel.
