We had a wonderful time at BW Mountainbrook. AJ was a great host. Clean room and great service. Will visit again.
Check your credit card statement after you stay with them! They charge us an extra fee, and we weren’t told about it. When I called to ask about the charge , the person on the phone said the manager is not there and will have him take care of it when he’s back. No one ever called back. I disputed the charge with the credit card company.
Great location with an amazing view. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Even though it is off season we were still shown great hospitality and appreciation.
So they charged me a $25 nonrefundable pet deposit. In addition to the pet deposit I noticed a $80 charge for 2 soiled(not stained) towels and soiled (not stained) bed sheets. The soiled towels were the ones that goes on the floor when stepping out of the shower. My dog jumped on the bed after he had been outside and left several paw prints. Stayed for 2 nights in October. My second floor room was really nice and very clean. Good location in Maggie Valley right next to a sports bar with good food. Staff at front desk very friendly and helpful. This is where I will stay when I get back to Maggie Valley.
