Please check this motel out. The service is good. You get a delicious breakfast. There is also a pool. It has a very friendly staff. Monticello has one of the best train museum and an arboretum located in the vicinity. It has many trees and a river running through it. I enjoyed my stay.

Stayed with my boyfriend and some of his family for a night due to power outage in our town. We all caught head lice from sheets/towels after the shower and pool. Spent so much money getting treatments and haircuts. Do not recommend.

We stayed two night here and it was two nights too many. Immediately when going into our room you could smell a musty odor. Turned on the ac in hopes of improving but didn’t help much. The ac was not very cool. Turned on the nightstand light and spotted an ant. That was only the beginning, found more and more just random around the room. When we arrived we were asked if we wanted our room to be serviced the next day for towels, etc. to which we said yes. Never received any nor was our garbage emptied or dirty towels removed.... read more
