We stayed two night here and it was two nights too many. Immediately when going into our room you could smell a musty odor. Turned on the ac in hopes of improving but didn’t help much. The ac was not very cool. Turned on the nightstand light and spotted an ant. That was only the beginning, found more and more just random around the room. When we arrived we were asked if we wanted our room to be serviced the next day for towels, etc. to which we said yes. I will never stay here again. I was told and charged one rate, then they charged an additional $80 to my card. I stayed with 2 adult dogs for 2 nights, we were gone all day only being there for the evening hours and they slept all night. There was no damage so I'm not sure of the additional charge and apparently there is no one there to answer phones to figure out that answer. The mail box is also full so I can't leave a message. Room was spotless and comfortable. Staff was super friendly. It felt like being at home without cooking and cleaning. The breakfast was spot on. My wife and I were happy to stay here while visiting family in the area. If you are needing a room in the area, stay here. You won't regret it. Update: stayed here again. Same great staff. Same excellent service. Would recommend staying here if you're in the area.
