Definitely not worth coming here and certainly not for the price. Best Western used to be a good chain but unfortunately not anymore, or at least this one isn't. The sheets had stains, hallway stunk and elevators not functioning. The room, paint and everything looked dated and paint work looked DIY job, maybe something you'd expect on motel 6 or motel 8. The bed and comfortors weren't as comfy as they used to be.
Checking in at 3:15 PM and have to wait at lobby till 4:15 pm for room to be ready !! Elevators not working
Location was great for the event we’re going to but hotel was lacking, for 200 a night. Elevator was down and receptionist made it sound it has been down for a week and they haven’t been able to order parts? Not great info while checking in.. Upon checking out an employee cut the line in front of me just to update the worker about someone missing their shift. This could have waited until the receptionist finished with her clients. Easy check in, great front staff. Great Jamaican and Canadian restaurant..On-site! Welcomes pets. Bathroom we had was quite small. Room service upon request,,we didn't require for 2 night stay
