I arranged for late night check-in at this location after leaving from Las Vegas on June 26th 2025 for two rooms. Both my brother and his wife plus my husband had stayed at this location many times with no issues. Well this time around they had cockroaches. My sister-in-law trapped one under a cup. It was a German cockroach not a desert cockroach as they are trying to pass them off as for one. We asked for refund but they would not fo it even at 50%. Very clean rooms, great breakfast. Staff were all happy and very kind.
The pictures actually present a little nicer hotel but it wasn’t bad. It was clean and the room was older, but functional. I felt the bed was a little hard. The breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
