If I could give this place zero starts I would it has an odor my room had bed bugs in it I asked if they wouldn’t mind just giving me 150 dollars and a free night for my clothes having to be trashed then we could call it even the manager after 4 months returned my call just to tell me the owners said no the nerve of them the tub was stopped up and wouldn’t drain properly run from this place save your money

The night front desk person was rude and unhelpful. The morning one was much friendlier. Continental breakfast included was very bare minimal to say the least. Ive had much better service at other Best Westerns.
