I stay here monthly, and just wanted to leave a review for the staff who are always absolutely lovely. The rooms are clean and comfortable, bathrooms a bit small but acceptable. Very affordable rooms, perfect for interstate students needing somewhere central to stay. All round great place to stay.

The location is awesome. It is within walking distance of Southern Cross Station, making it super easy to get to via the SkyBus from the airport, plus you have trams right at your doorstep to get around town. The staff was also wonderful. We had a minor issue during check-in, and they were extremely eager and quick to fix it. As others have mentioned, the hot water in the shower does fluctuate sometimes, but honestly, it’s not that big of a deal. Overall a great stay.
Location is excellent only a 4 minute walk from southern cross station. The reception check in is simple and lady at reception gave me a free room upgrade. The hotel room provided was quite clean. Great for budget option and a short stay. Bathroom door was quite narrow and the A/C took a while to work.
