This was a pretty nice hotel and in a good location. Day shift staff were a bit more friendly than night shift staff. There were some minor housekeeping issues such as someone left a cup of coffee in the room but overall it was nice and we enjoyed our stay. We didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it looked nice.
The open road is terrible. Drifting from exit to exit for gas and snacks becomes a chore and when I stop for the day, I'd like to see a friendly personable face at my chosen night stop. Erik was the man for me at this location. This place is a little hidden behind some side streets, but it is worth the stop. Everything you need for a one night stop on a long trip is there. And if you're lucky, Erik will chat you up and check you in.
The front desk clerk Erik was superb! Very friendly very helpful! Very much a ray of sunshine! Needs a raise in my opinion! Rooms were clean , there was hot breakfast had a pool. But the front desk attendant made my bad day the first day so much better. He was just so helpful and nice! I wish more places had people like him the world would be a lot better ! Thanks to him for being such a great person!
The WORST best western we have EVER stayed at. Our room smelled like cigarettes washroom was not clean. We wanted an extra blanket front desk told us to make do they don’t have any. A big motel with no blankets. Service is poor, hotel is in horrible shape. Do NOT stay here.
