Made reservation Sunday, wanted to check in really early around. Got here around 12 went to desk, reservation had barely hit their system. Told the gentleman my name, he didn't bet an eye. I thought I wanted to check it early. Knew the B he said, don't worry about it. He checks if the room is ready. He got me a room. I had that dog with me. No question about that. Overall pretty good hotel. We had to come up for my daughter's doctor's appointment and we didn't want to feel rushed the next day July 2nd to travel all the way from Paducah, Ky. We chose this one because of pool to give her something to do and It was close to her doctor's office. We were allowed to check in early which is a plus. However when my husband checked-in they didn't inform him that the pool was down. I went to ask about the pool and was told it went down yesterday.
