After reading many of the negative reviews before my stay, I arrived at the Best Western Leesburg Hotel & Conference Center expecting a mediocre experience. Our stay at Best Western was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. Traveling with my two-month-old son and my cousin could have been stressful, but the incredible staff made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout our entire visit. The cleanliness of the property was outstanding. Every area of the hotel—from our room to the common spaces—was spotless, fresh, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely accommodating, and even went as far as letting us borrow a speaker, and providing us with towels and water! The pool was refreshing on the hot summer day. Overall, a great stay!
