No Air Conditioning lowered the review significantly. The room was 75F+ at all times. The staff were very kind and helpful, continental breakfast was decent and overall has a nice stay.
Great hotel and people! Stayed here several times when passing through on hunts. More recently this spring. Rooms are great and cozy, hot tub is a nice addition and especially after a week in the woods. The continental breakfast is amongst the best I ever had. And the restaurant is great and nice having it so close. The access to a walk in freezer to keep your game or fish frozen and a storage room to lock your gear up into is the largest selling point for this hotel!! Thanks again!
Very good place to stay. Great room, great breakfast! A lot better than the Quality Inn.
Stayed at the Best Western in Kodiak and it was a decent experience. The decor was charming in a very Alaskan way, with bears and moose on the walls adding a unique touch. The rooms were a bit dated, but the bed was surprisingly comfortable. Service was good, and overall, it was a pleasant stay for the area.
