The Hampton Inn was sold out, that’s where we usually stay, so I booked the Best Western since it had so many positive reviews. Never again! The elevator smells like pee, my comforter smelled like cigarette smoke so I had to get a new one. The comforter on the other bed had stains on it and inside the shower was nasty. Also, the plugs are so lose that I’m unable to charge my cell phone in the room. I do not recommend this hotel.
The first person who helped us check in had a terrible attitude and was not very welcoming. The young lady who assisted with checkout was the total opposite and quite pleasant. The rooms were clean for the most part. The location was ok over all.
Breakfast staff were very rude to my husband. One lady I should say. God Bless her! We were there only because of the weather.
