The hotel is unsafe. Un-maintained and they will blame you if something happens in your room while your gone. I reported someone entering my room during the day while I was gone after I checked my door 2x before I left that it was closed. They say I left it open. Reported to front desk, manager (whom never followed up) and corporate who didnt seem to care either and believed them it was my fault. They have no cameras in the hallways ? I called the police. Perfect for a midway stop on a long trip! Easy access from the interstate, friendly helpful staff, clean and great price. I highly recommend for these reasons!!
The hotel was very pleasant. Everybody was nice and helped me a lot. Definitely a 5 Star experience. Will be back.
The employees here are exceptional! The best place in the Joliet area
Stayed here on our Route 66 trip. I highly recommend this location. Very clean rooms, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Well maintained. No problem or issues to report. Pool is clean and comfortable.
