We just had an excellent stay at this hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, everything worked, no problems. The staff was friendly and courteous. Check-in was a breeze, as well as check-out.

They have a beautiful hotel. The housekeepers deserve a big "Thank You!" for all they do to tidy our room and keep it clean. Thank you Heather for booking, "the quietest room in the hotel" for us.

This property is about fifteen years old, so says the desk person, Gabby. She was the only person to deal with everything. Nice first floor room that turned out to be a handicapped room. Clean, comfortable bed, side chair with ottoman. Fun thing was I passed the laundry room several times(it was not in use) and by the time I collected enough quarters and gathered the dirty clothes somebody beat me to the washer. 9:15pm mind you. We stayed for 2 days and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very clean and the indoor pool water is kept at a nice temperature, the continental breakfast has many choices to get the day started. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Last minute detour to Joliet We booked this room at the last minute and did it through BW. We had no idea of what the property would look like. What a pleasant surprise! It was extremely nice. Clean, comfortable, quiet, safe and the owner was so friendly​! Complimentary breakfast included and an indoor pool. Will stay here again when in town. Highly recommend this property. You won't be unhappy. The property is 14 years old but looks almost new.
