Very nice and clean room. Both the night and day clerks were helpful and pleasant to deal with. Breakfast was very good. The lobby had flavored water, iced tea and coffee available.
This is an update to a review I left already. While staying at the hotel my toilet did not work, they went in and fixed it twice and it still did not work. While there I slipped and fell in the shower hitting my cheek on the soap shelf on the way down. They did not fill out any report on this or seemed to be to worried about it. When I checked out I left a message that I would like to speak to the manager or the owners and I ended up calling them after a week and kind felt dumb doing so. Dirt under wall mounted night stand. Bottle of bleach left in shower, yellow spot of something on bedspread. During night I felt something under sheet. Looked in the morning and it appeared to be a fruit loop. Apron around pool had many dead bugs. I had to go to front desk for bath towels as we had none.
Awful experience the tv didnt work when we got there couldn't figure out how to work it. Smelled like they didnt really clean the bathroom smelled like urine. Woke up at 4 in the morning from being bitten by bed bugs they where on the walls, tables, beds. You wont find my reservation its under my husband Brian.
I stayed here to visit a friend at fort Riley. The location was pretty good especially being right next to a Walmart and an Aldi's. The staff were very kind and friendly people who seemed to enjoy talking to their guests. The breakfast was good, it's not absolutely amazing but it was good especially for free breakfast and the woman who makes the breakfast is awesome!
