Me hospede el 28 de octubre por solo 1 noche, el hotel todo bien, pero ha pasado 1 mes y aún no me devuelven mi garantia a mi tarjeta de debito, dejé 50 dolares de garantia y me dijeron que al momento de retirarme se me devolvería por completo, lo que hasta la fecha nada, pague estos 50 dolares ahí mismo en el hotel, y mencione anteriormente no me han devuelto la garantia, encuentro que es un robo lo que hicieron, pesimo, una real estafa.
The hotel is at great location. Near to universal and do provide shuttle service to disney. However, they don’t provide daily room cleaning services. We stayed there for 4 days but they didnt clean the room. We have to request the reception to get the room clean and they told us that management/ owner has denied them to clean the room till the guest stays.
Stayed here for a week. Saw a total of six cockroaches in our room ranging from all different sizes. Our bathroom light also didn’t work. Do not recommend staying here.
