Review of Best Western Dos Rios (Junction, TX) Title: Unacceptable and Cruel Staff Behavior – Discriminatory Treatment of a Disabled Guest Body: I stayed at this hotel from May 9 through May 15, 2026, and it was a horrifying experience. I don't understand why Best Western uses the TEMU-quality bank, First Bank & Trust of Brookings, SD. Whenever I try to apply or be pre-approved for a Best Western Visa on the Best Western website, I always get an immediate: "We don't have a card offer for you right now" while simultaneously I have been invited to apply for the card offer shown on the screen. Stayed at best Western in Amarillo. The bathroom and entry way felt sticky on the laminate flooring. I ended up using two wash cloths that were completely black when I finished wiping down the floor. The bathtub smelled sour I ended up wiping down the whole room. My best guess is they are using old cleaning materials. I am confused and a bit disappointed with the Best Western Hotel product. Seems loyalty only works one way with this hotel chain. I am a diamond member and as I looked on Google maps to locate the proper hotel for my destination I noticed kayak had a king room at my chosen best Western for $82. When I accessed my account with Best Western, I checked the same hotel and the same room which showed a rewards member rate of $97.
