I am a Facilities Manager and I have been in building maintenance for my whole working career. My experience includes hotel maintenance also. We only stayed one night here. The first thing I noticed pulling in from the main road is all of the big windows are filthy dirty. I only saw one staff member at the front desk and she was very friendly and helpful.
