Very polite. We mixed up our nights when booking online but they let us stay the correct night at no extra cost. It's our second time staying there and we have no complaints. Very good location! Price is the best for the quality.

We returned to MDW New Year's Eve -- 10:00pm by the time we got our bags. My car was parked at the Best Western. It's 7 degrees, snowing, and there's a 90-minute wait for a cab. My sister is not well and waiting in a wheelchair. Called the Best Western for suggestions. The helpful clerk gave me the phone number of the cab company they use, but that didn't help. For my family visit to the Chitown area, I had to be near Midway for an easy departure on Southwest. Chicago was daunting, BW Inn & Suites memorable. Hot spa, brkfst both delightful! Stay here I will!

I really enjoyed my stay at the best western hotel. They had good customer service and was very polite. The rooms were very clean and I couldn't think of a better place to stay when I come back. The rooms are affordable and your right next to everything you need. I give the best western a A plus plus.

Spent a night at this hotel. Everything was clean and the quality of everything was good. The bathroom even had a very long, higher quality counter/sink with a decorative mirror. The beds were very comfortable.

The hotel had a nice size pool and whirlpool and the air was very warm in the pool area. I enjoyed swimming several times while there for several nights. It's within walking distance of several nice restaurants (not too expensive), a grocery store/drug store, Toys-R-Us and several other stores. Kohl's and Wal-Mart was just a short drive.
