This place is awesome. Clean and tidy. But what really makes it is their customer service. Dimel was fantastic. The entire county was booked solid because of two huge conventions in town. Having driven 9 hours, I could not find a booking anywhere unless I paid from $500-$1400 and drove another 45 minutes. I reached out to Dimel early morning and checked with him throughout the day. The management was spectacular!!! The facilities was quiet, peaceful, and well-kept. I felt like a QUEEN . I received the royal treatment ♥️. I will definitely be a returning visitor☺️

Me e quedado en este hotel por Los ultimos 8 Anos cuando vengo con amigos a mirar a nuestro equipo Los 49ers! Un hotel muy limpio y muy acojedor el servio al cliente es Lo k a hecho possible k regresemos ya ke nos hacen sentir en casa!! Dimel a sido una persona k su servicio al cliente no solo es amigable pero profecional! Si vienen aki para el supertazon o la copa mundial se Los recomiendo ya k esta a corta distancia del estadio!!!

Good hotel, with great service! I wanted to take a moment to recognize Claudia (apologies, I didn’t get her last name). She was an incredible help during my stay at your hotel. She assisted me with some reservation issues, always made sure I had what I needed, and did it all with such positivity and professionalism. Every interaction was a pleasure. Team members like Claudia truly make a difference in the guest experience. I recommend this hotel.
