I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, made truly special by the kindness and hospitality of the staff. I would especially like to thank Ms. Claude and Mr. Dimel for their exceptional service. They were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile, which made me feel comfortable and well cared for throughout my stay. Their professionalism and warmth truly reflect the high standards of this hotel. I highly recommend this place and would gladly return in the future.
The water pressure from the shower was spectacular! Wow! Room smelled a little funky but otherwise it was a very clean room. There are grocery stores nearby-a Korean market immediately across the street. Sprouts Market is not too far away either. Freezer worked well in the mini fridge I got Korean ice cream across the street and it stayed solid in the freezer. Coffee maker, Patty the hotel cleaner gave me the coffee I requested. Very nice. Great location and great people.
This place is awesome. Clean and tidy. But what really makes it is their customer service. Dimel was fantastic. The entire county was booked solid because of two huge conventions in town. Having driven 9 hours, I could not find a booking anywhere unless I paid from $500-$1400 and drove another 45 minutes. I reached out to Dimel early morning and checked with him throughout the day. The management was spectacular!!! The facilities was quiet, peaceful, and well-kept. I felt like a QUEEN . I received the royal treatment ♥️. I will definitely be a returning visitor☺️
