BE WARNED! This hotel charges you a 150.00 deposit per room to stay there, Which is not mentioned on their page. I travel for a living and have NEVER been charged a 150.00 deposit at ANY IHG property. They explained it as we are close to the university. The rooms are small, a man got stuck on the elevator while we were there, fire department had to break the elevator window to get him out. I purchased two rooms and as of 7-7-26 my 300.00 has yet to be returned to my card. I would not stay here again.
I stays 4 nights in June and the hotel condition was fantastic. 1. I saw a couple of comment about smell, I haven’t get any bad smell while staying. Maybe the upgrading was finished? 2. Room is clean and spacious. There are all necessary things such as refrigerator, dryer, and etc. 3. The most like thing is the breakfast time. It starts at 6 am. So for people who need to commute early, it is really great. The food tastes are great also. 4. Staff I interacted are all kind. Thank you. I will definitely visit again.
