I had a great experience at this hotel! The front desk staff was amazing — the gentleman who checked me in was honestly so sweet and welcoming. He was even able to get me checked in about 30 minutes early, which I really appreciated after a long drive. That small gesture made a big difference. The location is one of the best parts. Rooms are nice enough, but have window HVAC and the side facing the freeway is super loud. I paid $325/nt and could hear cars all night even with the HVAC on, a white noise machine, and earplugs.
One of the best 3-Star Hotel - Holiday Inn in the US. Not only this location, I have been stayed in different locations Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, Columbus, Southfield, San Mateo, Chantilly, Phoenix. Everywhere has the same greetings & maintenance. Great Service 👌
