Hair dryer doesn't work and the kleenex box was empty. Pillows are flat, but the beds are decent.
Front desk has been super accommodating and went out of their way to accommodate our large group on super short notice. Rooms are nice and the standard breakfast was good. Good walking distance from lots of restaurants. Only complaint is the water pressure was a bit low on the second floor
The coffee is garbage. The shampoo and conditioner is laughably small. One wash cloth. They argued with me on whether or not I get a free water when checking in. No outdoor seating, which is a shame because Payson is beautiful.
