If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. Worst hotel experience ever. The service was absolutely awful. The price of the rooms was ridiculous, and this hotel has no business being in the hospitality industry. They do not seem interested in serving their customers. They just want your money and then want you to move on. Kelly at the front desk was extremely rude and did not want to help customers. This is one of the cleanest motels in the area. For that, definitely recommend. But super disappointed that the Netflix feature of the TV has only worked 1 out of 4 times staying here. They have been saying it will get fixed 🤞🤞🤞🤞🤞
Hair dryer doesn't work and the kleenex box was empty. Pillows are flat, but the beds are decent.
Front desk has been super accommodating and went out of their way to accommodate our large group on super short notice. Rooms are nice and the standard breakfast was good. Good walking distance from lots of restaurants. Only complaint is the water pressure was a bit low on the second floor
