Worse management known to man! Their employees lack education regarding their policies. I was told that my booking was no longer valid because I was underage to check in. Now that customer service has reached out to them, they're saying that they would allow it with an additional charge. Nowhere in the email is that stated, so the manager likes to make up stuff as she goes. The location is by far the worst, as it’s right across the highway. They really need help fixing this place. Got incorrect room, then was given correct room. Rooms are very small. Parking is limited. Great taco truck close bye. Free breakfast. Close to freeway entrance. Still expensive for what we got with this place. Just spent the night and headed out north.

Not very clean, broken towel rack and light switch. No place to plug in our phones!!! Front desk was not welcoming, could care less. The whole place smells weird. Don't stay here.

I was in the accessibility room. Bed is too high, and if requested they will not provide a step stool. I had to use a big, ugly, dirty, heavy chair that had no business in that room. The manager said it was a liability to provide a step stool. The floor was dirty and there was hair from the previous guest on the comforter. The towels were old and frayed.

The housekeepers are superstars! Our suite was very clean, and well stocked, and they made sure we were set for the night and were kind in the morning when we said hi :)The front desk staff was kind, and the girl running the desk in the morning was sweet and let me grab breakfast even though I showed up 5 min before they stopped serving! Lots of crispy bacon and good omelettes.
