Ashley went above and beyond for us every moment possible! Her customer service is beyond incredible and made staying here a great experience! It was a busy weekend with St Patrick’s Day festivities but we were here for a tournament. Ashley started off our check in with “what time are you playing tomorrow, we can move up breakfast.” The rooms are a bit dated but spacious; coffee, we chose to go out for a good cup; but we would stay here again because of the service!
This is our favorite place to stay when coming down for a weekend. The location is perfect, it's very clean, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. In particular, Ashley is always amazing! She remembers us every time and makes us feel at home. We also love the special little touches of decor for the holiday weekends!
We always enjoy our stay every year .. your staff is amazing especially the young lady who checked us in and made sure we had everything we needed !! Our housekeeper was very pleasant as well!
We stay here every year for the St Patrick’s weekend and love it! They always decorate the hotel so it so festive. The staff is so friendly, especially the ladies at the front desk. We so enjoy our stay !
