The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean.
My husband kids and I had a fantastic stay at this Best Western from the moment we arrived the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was very clean, comfortable and perfect for our family🤗 We all love the amenities, and we appreciated how conveniently the hotel was located close to restaurants and plenty of fun activities. The continental breakfast was fantastic plenty of options . Pir stay was very relaxing definitely will be returning.
I thought it booked the right days when I checked in,I had booked for next year Amber had heated is with a smile and some of the best customer service I have had in a hotel. She got me straight and rebooked and told me what I need to do. Had to call down for a question but I got another young lady named Stacy I believe. She answered my question as well with the same energy Amber gave.
