The shuttle service we were told yesterday we need to request and it would take 15 minutes, we come down and they tell us we have to wait 1 hour,
I do not recommend this hotel. My husband and I had a long 6 and half hour drive back from vacation and we both tired and we both got woken up at 4:00 in the morning by really loud music with base from the room next to us. I called the front desk and nothing got done. My husband asked for more towels and the lady at the desk was rude. The coffee machine was out of service.
